Project Manager

Northeast Air Products is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC equipment projects from design through completion.

This role sits at the center of execution—managing plan review, material take-offs, product selection, pricing, scheduling, and delivery while coordinating with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering projects accurately, on time, and as promised.

Pay Transparency (NYS): Salary
The typical base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and role alignment.

Sales Representative

Northeast Air Products is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across our commercial and industrial ventilation product portfolio.

This is a hybrid sales and project-focused role—combining relationship development, technical product expertise, and active involvement throughout the project lifecycle from supporting bids to coordinating execution.

 

Ideal candidates are relationship-driven, technically curious, and motivated to grow market share while building long-term partnerships across the industry.

Pay Transparency (NYS): Salary + Commission

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually + commission, depending on experience, qualifications, role alignment, and eligibility for the commission-based incentive compensation plan.
